As Director of Research and Client Services, WTAE- TV, Tatia serves as marketing and advertising consultant to WTAE-TV clients, using Marshall Marketing Consumer research. She uses her research to develop audience rating estimates for all programming to determine rates for the television sales team. Her experience has allowed her to change channels on a variety of positions that she has held in broadcast media both in radio and TV. Tatia has been instrumental in getting a college mentoring program up and running for the Pittsburgh AMA Chapter. She is a speaker at our June Mixer and will also assume the duty of Chapter Secretary beginning in July.  Tatia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She works hard and plays hard and enjoys the outdoors by backpacking, camping, hiking and bicycling.

Mentor Program
The Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) is launching a mentoring program which combines e-mentoring and one-on-one mentoring styles.  The mission of the Pittsburgh AMA Mentor Program is to connect college students (marketing majors) with marketing executives for the purpose of supporting, guiding, and encouraging these juniors and seniors as they transition from school to career.  In cooperation with the Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern PA, training will be provided to mentors, giving them the necessary tools to develop a positive relationship with students (mentees).
