| Summary: |
The successful candidate will be an active participant in the monthly HBM process product management meetings and will be a key contributor in assessing data to build the PMR decks. Support the process to ensure that New Product Development plans are valid achievable and properly resourced. Communicates issues to the Marketing Innovation and Execution manger as needed. Daily liaison with Associate Brand Managers, Research and Development, Demand Planners and Supply Planners regarding New Product Plans. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Help ABM’s develop Key Milestones & call out when critical dates are missed or are at risk
- Call out projects that aren't on strategy
- Attend team project meetings, across base, new item, discontinued items & CVI as well as overall strategy to get a full grasp of how projects affect each other (i.e., packaging, etc.)
- Highlight risks on key projects to stakeholders (i.e. Timing, rigor, MUDA)
- Review testing methodologies and participate in approving test proposals & reviewing the results
- Facilitate conversations/meetings with key team members
- Be the "go-to" person for understanding/sharing/explaining the HBM process to the cross functional teams
- Guide monthly portfolio inputs at the project level.

Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years experience in a corporate environment
- Proven process mapping skills
- Highly developed problem solving abilities – generating workable creative solutions and anticipating issues
- Demonstrated action/results oriented skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven project execution on smaller initiatives (i.e. package or label changes)
