ABOUT THE AMA HALL OF FAME AWARDS
The AMA Pittsburgh Hall of Fame honors local and legendary brands, marketers and others who have made unique and impressive impact in marketing throughout western Pennsylvania if not the world. Once inducted, these marketers are further honored when they are perpetually featured on the Chapter’s Web site.
The three Hall-of-Fame inductees for 2007 are:
- The H.J. Heinz Company
- Iron City Brewery
- M.J. Delligatti, inventor of McDonald’s Big Mac sandwich
ABOUT THE AMA DISTINGUISHED
EDUCATOR AWARD
The AMA Pittsburgh Distinguished Educator Award honors local, leading and legendary marketing educators, who have made a long-term significant impact in promoting the marketing discipline in an enthusiastic and ethical manner throughout western Pennsylvania. Once inducted, these marketers are further honored when they are perpetually featured on the Chapter’s Web site.
The Distinguished Educator inductee for 2007 is Dr. Audrey Guskey, Associate Professor of Marketing at Duquesne University, and considered to be one of the nation's leading consumer experts.
