AMA Pittsburgh is the largest professional marketing association in Southwestern Pennsylvania, serving over 350 members and supporting an additional 2,000 professional marketers who utilize AMA services and resources.

It is our mission to support the professional growth of these 2,350 executives and foster a community of marketing thought-leaders, which we accomplish through a variety of high-quality programming events including:

Speaker Luncheons: Our luncheon series is scheduled monthly, September through June, and features compelling senior marketers from industry who present unique aspects of their company’s marketing initiatives. We strive for a diverse array of speakers and industries to offer our constituency a good balance of marketing perspectives to learn from.

Educational Series: This series of programs is designed to be instructional in nature, offering an actionable “how to” perspective and industry best practices that attendees can apply toward their own marketing objectives. The programs typically feature single presenters, a panel of experts in a particular marketing field or business school professors from premier universities in the region.

Networking Events: As a change of pace from other programs with a specific presentation, our networking events put the primary emphasis on “fun” -- enabling marketers to connect with each other in a relaxed environment and share marketing experiences and insights.

Marketer of the Year: Our signature event recognizes local marketers for achieving outstanding results regionally or nationally from their marketing programs. The competition recognizes the best-of-the-best in several categories, and is an opportunity for all to celebrate innovation and excellence in our profession.
